Whether in the workplace or personal relationships, feedback is a powerful tool for growth. Giving constructive feedback helps others improve.

Receiving feedback with an open mind fosters self-awareness and development. Yet, many struggle with delivering it effectively or taking it without defensiveness. Mastering both sides of feedback can strengthen communication, build trust and drive continuous improvement.
