More than a polite “Thank you,” gratitude powerfully shapes how people view the world and connect with others. A few simple gestures boost well-being.

In a fast-paced, often stressful daily frenzy, gratitude helps everyone pause and appreciate the small moments that bring joy, comfort and meaning. Recognition can transform relationships, boost mental health and foster resilience, making gratefulness vital for a fulfilling life.

A trauma and resilience coach, Subuhi Safvi has tested her own resilience for gratitude, having empowered survivors of abusive relationships, teaching them to learn to heal and love themselves. She draws strength from her experience in mental health and sustainability and gender training.

Feeling Grateful Lifts Up Everyone’s Life
