Financial services play a crucial role in economic empowerment in a digital-first world, yet many people with assorted hardships face a host of barriers.

Essential banking and financial tools are out of reach for those with disabilities, older adults and living in marginalized communities.

True financial inclusion goes beyond compliance. It’s about designing accessible, user-friendly experiences that empower all customers.

Kathryn Townsend, a specialist in accessibility and inclusion in financial services, talked about the use of technology to deliver financial services and products to consumers, also known as FinTech, with Antonio Vieira Santos, Neil Milliken and Debra Ruh.

Saving Services for the Disabled

A future of work expert and sociologist, Santos helps talent and customers with growth.

He has partnered with Milliken, vice president of accessibility at Atos, and Ruh, an author and CEO of Ruh Global IMPACT, on the AXSChat, a podcast and social media chat focused on disability, accessibility, innovation and social good.
