Remember that your highest priority is you. Schedule your tasks, and schedule your rests, even if you don’t call it that for appearance’s sake among more workaholic colleagues. In fact, if you’re an office worker, it’s a health issue that you schedule time away from the cubicle so your legs and heart don’t atrophy. It’s the little things that make for big lives.
