Whether it is through personalized content recommendations or advanced chatbots, artificial intelligence is reshaping how people interact with social media.

AI, as it is known, gets a bad rap, often deservedly so with a reputation for bland content, “hallucinating” and plagiarism.

Much of the blame is directed at the technology while ignoring programmers, who are the real brains behind the curtain. They call the shots on how smart artificial intelligence can be and in what areas.

As a collaborative tool, AI is a huge aid for productivity. Call on it for brainstorming, outlining and even detecting AI-generated content, and artificial intelligence can excel. However, like with even the best creators, human verification and editing are musts.
