Often overlooked, emotional intelligence is a critical skill in healthcare settings, now steadily gaining traction among provider teams and in patient care.

Medical teams work under high pressure to provide quality care. Their ability to understand, manage and communicate emotions effectively can enhance collaboration, reduce stress and improve patient outcomes.
