Gender wage gaps persist around the world no matter how advanced a society claims to be. Women struggle to receive pay equal to men for the same work.

This is despite women making significant strides in education and workforce participation. That does not sit well with Chellie Campbell.

She not only has a lot to say on the subject, but even wrote a book, “From Worry to Wealthy: A Woman’s Guide to Financial Success Without the Stress.”

Money Woes Challenge Women Who Want Their Financial Equality

A financial stress reduction coach and author of The Wealthy Spirit, she discussed realities and remedies for the gender wage gap with financial experts at consumer credit reporting company, Experian.

A common misconception about the gender wage gap is that it only reflects direct discrimination, ignoring factors such as occupational segregation and caregiving roles, which also contribute.
