Negatives Turn Positive in the Right Hands
Complaints are blessings in disguise for better relationships
Everyone has complaints, large or small, but handling them makes all the difference when negatives turn into positives and life becomes much more bright.
Embracing a proactive mindset and viewing complaints as valuable feedback helps identify areas for improvement, foster better communication and ultimately drive a good change.
From their varied perspectives, Lillian Lake, Bharat Wakhlu and Cathy Carmody know people have a complaining nature.
“Crankiness is a condition of the mind,” Wakhlu said. “If the mind is in such a state, it is prone to interpret everything as a source of stress and hence likely to trigger complaining.”
