Grieving is a deeply personal process, yet it is often misunderstood and surrounded by myths that can make the journey harder for those stressed to the max.
While some people find comfort in traditional expressions of sorrow such as crying or talking with loved ones, others might grieve in quieter, less visible ways.
Whether through art, journaling or spending time alone, there is no “right” way to grieve. What matters is finding what feels most authentic to each person affected.
