Finding and making the most of strength is a key to success in today’s competitive business environment, whether working as an individual or a team.

Identifying what a leader excels at can enhance productivity and build stronger relationships with partners and clients. Effective communication of these strengths helps set clear expectations, fosters collaboration and creates trust.

However, focusing solely on strengths can also have a downside — such as overconfidence or neglecting areas for improvement.
