Much like workers concerned about their retirement plans, it turns out that small-business owners are people, too, seeking more secure futures.

However, only a small percentage of businesses have plans in place to cover company leaders, perhaps hoping fate steps in to save them for their golden years.

They miss the fact that retirement plans offer significant advantages for small-company owners, providing a crucial avenue to secure financial stability for life after business.

These plans not only ensure a comfortable retirement but also present various tax benefits, attract and retain talented employees, and enhance overall business credibility.
